The list of demands is pretty well thought out and makes very valid points. If I were the movie studios I would think it would be in a very good interest to agree in order to help bolster sales and garner positive press. This is a pretty good list, although some additions could be made regarding foreign films.It seems like this is more geared towards major companies in the movie business within the U.S.
The demands created for pirating movies is very basic. the items all have sub-items listed which gets into depth about what all the criteria means. I think the list has good points for everyone, not just the owner but also the audience. A person could not read this list and then say they did not know they were pirating the video. This helps the producers and creators of films to do what they need to in order to protect the film. -- Ashley Schwank
